Update about COVID-19; Monthly Program Only! Registration Open!

Starting August 1, 2020, we will no longer be allowing drop-off childcare. Instead, we will be offering an educational program with set hours. Families can sign up for this program  on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, OR Tuesdays and Thursdays, OR Mondays through Fridays. Parents can sign up for either half days (9:30AM-12:30PM) or full days (9:30AM-2:30PM). Tuition is due monthly. These slots will be reserved for children ages 16 months to 7 years. There will be structured activities, and time for unstructured playtime, as well. Due to COVID-19, we are limiting the number of children in our facility, and if you sign up for a specific day, your child will see the same children every time.

Below is a brief outline of how to register for our new program.

New Monthly Program at Wiggle Worms

I. Registration by phone/in person

  A. Must be registered at Wiggle Worms

      1. If not already registered, we need: enrollment form, birth certificate or passport, immunization records, most recent physical/check-up, $20 registration

  B. Ages 16 months-7 years

        1. Monday, Wednesday, Friday

            A. 9:30-12:30 ($243)

        2. Tuesday, Thursday

            A. 9:30-12:30 ($156)

II. Relevant Information

    A. Each day is limited to 12 children

        1. Children will have a small social circle, and will see the same classmates every day
        2. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis

    B. Structured activities and unstructured playtime

    C. Parents will be given a handbook, either in-person or via email. Parents must sign a copy of the handbook before their children can start.

    D. We must have a credit card on file. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If a customer needs to split up payments, half of the tuition will be
charged on the 1st, and the second half on the 15th. If parents wish to unenroll, we must know by the 20th of each month, or they will be charged the next
month’s tuition on the 1st.
    E. There are no deductions or refunds for tuition.
